RYSUN's Skin Care Products Cases

In early 2024, a Southeast Asian start-up skincare brand commissioned Rysun to guide the development of a new product line and complete GMPC and HALAL dual certification. Rysun integrates its interdisciplinary scientific research strength to provide full-process services from formula design, process flow, packaging safety, certification testing, and data writing. Finally, product proofing, small batch production and certification approval were completed within 8 months, successfully launched in the local market and started regional agency cooperation.

We partnered with a Saudi-based trading company to launch a successful face sheet mask line for supermarkets. After navigating challenges with scent preferences, regulations, and custom packaging, we delivered a high-quality product that quickly gained popularity, leading to repeat orders and the addition of hand and foot masks.

In 2023, a well-known European high-end skincare brand invited Rysun to help replicate its star anti-aging essence formula, with the goal of maintaining 95% similarity. With the help of Rysun's established scientific research platform and multi-field senior R&D team, we accurately analyzed the ingredients, optimized the process, and simultaneously carried out the international certification process. Finally, the formula replication and small-batch production were completed within 6 months, and the product passed the EU cosmetics regulations certification and was successfully exported, achieving rapid market launch.

We partnered with a US trading company experienced in supermarket cosmetics to develop a customized series of face sheet masks. From formula creation and sample testing to packaging design and bulk production, we worked closely with the client to meet every detail. The final products, packed in supermarket-ready combos, were delivered smoothly within 35 days and successfully launched in the US market. This project highlights our capability in product development, packaging innovation, and strict quality control.
