First Approach, Communication And Project Proposal

A distributor from Africa, whom we first contacted on WeChat and later met at our factory, has extensive experience in the cosmetics industry—especially in distribution. With his deep market knowledge, he clearly understands what products suit local needs and has a good sense of what will appeal to consumers.

After several discussions, we agreed to develop a line of face essences based on his initial product concept.

Formulas, Samples Preparing And Customer Testing

As we already know the direction of what the face creams are, we develop all the formulas very fast. The amazing thing is that customer love the formulas a lot, we barely adjusted the formulas after his first product testing and got his final confirmation for them.

Product Design

The design phase for the essences was efficient. Each features distinctive packaging that effectively communicates the product's identity and is visually appealing. Below are some of the designs.

A Tough Point On This Project

The true bottleneck in this project was the packaging color control. Translating our attractive designs into mass-produced reality to meet the customer's exacting standards for an eye-catching look was complex. This critical step required immense effort and extensive communication. To ensure perfection, we dedicated several days at the printing workshop to meticulously check pre-production samples for each design, confirming every color and word so the bulk production would align precisely with his vision.

Product Production, Details Of Packaging Requirements.

As these essences will be distributed through the wholesale market, the customer specified a packaging method to ensure quick and accurate identification: each item must be packed in an inner box, then consolidated by item number into a master carton. We adhered to this request by adding precise markings, executing it flawlessly to meet their needs.

Delivery

Following 35 days of production, all products were finished and handed over. The customer confirmed their receipt in flawless condition, exactly as envisioned. We are glad to continue working with him on this project.
