First Approach, Communication And Project Proposal

A customer from Distribution company located in Africa, whom we initially talked in the Wechat, and met at our factory. He has a strong background in the cosmetics business and particularly dealing with Distribution for many years. With his rich experiences, he knows exactly the product requirements that fit the market and has some ideas what the local people will love.

After some conversations, we decided to develop a series of face cream based on his rough product requirements overview.

Formulas, Samples Preparing And Customer Testing

As we already know the direction of what the face creams are, we develop all the formulas very fast. The amazing thing is that customer love the formulas a lot, we barely adjusted the formulas after his first product testing and got his final confirmation for them.

Product Design

The cream design stage doesn't take a long time, they are all characteristic packaging able to pass on their features to the end users and catch people's eyes. Here are some product designs.

A Tough Point On This Project

The most difficult stage of this project must be the control of the packaging, as customer need very attractive and eye-catching designs and looking of the jar, although we designed it, while in real mass production, it is very difficult to match the colors to the design and expected.It needs a lot of effort and communication for us.

We went to the jar workshop, waiting and checking for the pre-production samples of every design to inspect the colors and wording for several days, to ensure that the bulk production of the jars is exactly as what he expected.

Product Production, Details Of Packaging Requirements.

As all the creams are distributed in the whole-sale market, customer want the creams to be put in a inner box and then in a master carton, by each item number for easy distinguish, in this way, customer can find the good very quickly and correctly, thus we have to follow it and make some marks for that purpose, and we did it without any complain.

Delivery

Finally after 35 days, all products are finished and start to be handed over to the customer. When he got the products on his side, they were all in good condition as he expected. Now we are still cooperating on this project with him.
