First Approach, Communication And Project Proposal

A customer from a trading company located in the US, whom we initially meet through our website. She has a strong interest in the cosmetics business and particularly dealing with online skincare products business for years. With her rich experiences, she knows exactly the product requirements that fit the online customers and has some ideas what the consumers will love.

After our friendly and professional conversations, we decided to develop a series of face oil based on her rough product requirements overview.

Formulas, Samples Preparing And Customer Testing

As we already know the direction and the efficacy of what the face oil are, we developed several formulas for comparison and choice. The amazing thing is that customer love one of the formulas a lot, we barely adjusted the formulas after her first and second sample testing and got her final confirmation for them.

A Tough Point On This Project

The most difficult stage of the project must be the gift box bulk production, as you see from the design, there are so many different design artwork and printing finishing. It needs a lot of effort and communications for us among the printing factory and our customer

We went to the printing house, waiting and checking for the printing sheets to inspect the colors and artwork finishing and wording for days, to ensure that the bulk production of the gift box is same as what she expected. And through online checking with our customer directly, we adjusted step by step with great patient, finally we got the most desired effect of the packaging, that’s very eye-catching and elegant, helps our customer gain a boost sales.

Product Production, Details Of Packaging Requirements.

As our customer pay attention to the product quality, that’s why she requested a full and completed production videos to ensure this purpose, we finally coordinated our production lines and took all the production procedures step by step, and our customer can see by her own eyes, that made she felt so comfortable and rest assured, and she promised to have more business with us in the short future.

Delivery

Finally after 40 days, products were finished and started to be handed over to the shipping agent. We suggested our cooperating shipping agent for this delivery, and the goods were delivered to customer in good condition and on time, customer was so glad that the goods are well protected in the cartons, as they were in glass bottles which were very easy to be crashed and broken, but when the customer saw everything was in perfect, she was so excited and relaxed, now we are talking some new project about skincare products with Chinese traditional herbal, which is becoming more and more popular in US, hope we can conduct this new project soon.
