RYSUN helps European high-end skincare brand successfully replicate anti-aging essence formula
In 2023, a well-known European high-end skincare brand invited Rysun to help replicate its star anti-aging essence formula, with the goal of maintaining 95% similarity. With the help of Rysun's established scientific research platform and multi-field senior R&D team, we accurately analyzed the ingredients, optimized the process, and simultaneously carried out the international certification process. Finally, the formula replication and small-batch production were completed within 6 months, and the product passed the EU cosmetics regulations certification and was successfully exported, achieving rapid market launch.

In early 2023, a high-end European skincare brand commissioned Rysun to achieve high-similarity replication of its anti-aging essence (target ≥95%) while retaining the core efficacy and user experience. After the project was launched, Rysun's technical team first analyzed the ingredients of customer samples, including active substances and auxiliary formulas, and used high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), mass spectrometry (MS) and other analytical methods for precise quantification.
Subsequently, cross-disciplinary scientific research experts participated in process optimization together, adjusted the stability of active substances and the distribution system, and ensured that the final product still had stable performance under different climate and storage conditions. At the same time, Rysun mobilized its international raw material supply chain and introduced high-end raw materials that met EU requirements to achieve both quality and regulatory assurance.
After the success of the small test, we quickly launched pilot and small-scale production and simultaneously started the EU CE/CPNP registration process. With the help of Rysun's internal compliance and testing system, we completed the necessary microbial limit tests, heavy metal tests and skin irritation tests to ensure that the product was approved without hindrance.
Six months later, the essence was launched on the market and successfully landed in high-end chain stores in Germany, France and Italy. User feedback was good and renewal orders came quickly. The case fully demonstrated Rysun's advantages in high-similarity formula replication, international certification and fast delivery.
